Football Coach’s Son Who Died At Practice Had Rare Heart Defect

Andrew Lamphere, 11, passed away Monday when collapsing at a youth football practice where his father was his coach. It was determined Lamphere had a rare, undiagnosed heart disease called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM).
