Duke’s McCallie Named ACC’s Coach Of The Year

Joanne McCallie, the Duke women’s head basketball coach and the cover story in this month’s Coach & Athletic Director, has been named the ACC Coach of the Year. Duke is 24-5 overall and the No. 1 seed in the ACC tournament this week. McCallie is the first coach to win a conference coach-of-the-year award in four different conferences (North Atlantic, America East, Big Ten and ACC).
