Steve Kostka, head girls track coach at Arrowhead High School (Hartland, Wis.), explains how the school has succeeded in making the track program cool to be in. That success has grown the girls track team to close to 200 members and the boys team consistently has more than 200 members.
Creating a checklist of tasks is the best way to keep track of maintenance work. Additionally, since crews may change from season to season, it’s good to have a detailed list of instructions to follow.![]()
