Valhalla Football Coach Adds Softball To Duties

Valhalla High football coach Steve Sutton will now coach the Norsemen’s softball team as well.
Since his arrival three years ago, Sutton has guided the Valhalla football team to a 21-12 record that included a trip to the San Diego Section Division III finals in 2008 for the first time in school history. In 20 years as a football coach, starting at West Hills, Sutton has compiled a 132-89 mark.
Sutton’s record as a softball coach, which covers a 30-year span at Grossmont and West Hills, is 482-290-15. His win total is third-best in section history.For full story, click here.
