Title IX Suit Over Day Of Play To Be Decided By Judge

The Title IX lawsuit filed by former Franklin County High School (Ind.) girls basketball coach Amber Parker and her daughter against the school, its opponents and the Indiana High School Athletic Association, is going to summary judgment. Parker filed the suit due to the boys basketball team having more games on the preferred Friday and Saturday night timeslots while the girls were relegated to other times.
