State Champion Soccer Coach Leaves Team Due To Parental Interference

Bashir Birany, who led the Zionsville High (Ind.) boys soccer team to a state title last season, has resigned from his post one week before practice starts this year due to “parental interference.” Birany’s team went 20-3-2 last year, his first at Zionsville.
