Stanford Wins Director’s Cup For 18th Straight Year

Stanford has won its 18th consecutive Director’s Cup, and the Pac-12 placed four other teams in the top 25.

The Learfield Sports Directors Cup standings rank the nation’s top overall athletic departments based on the performance of 20 men’s and women’s teams.

UCLA ranked third, USC seventh and California 11th. Arizona, fresh off winning a baseball national championship, was 19th and Oregon was 24th.

Other Pac-12 teams: 30. Arizona State; 31. Washington; 57. Colorado; 66. Oregon State; 74. Utah; 106. Washington State.

Stanford finished with 1,384.25 points. Florida was second with 1,241 points and Ohio State fourth with 1,104.25 points.
