Down 35-0 to Lake Stevens High (Wash.) with 10 seconds remaining in Friday night’s game, Snohomish High coach Mark Perry wanted to give Ike Ditzenberger, who has Down’s Syndrome, a chance to get a rushing attempt in a varsity game. The players on Lake Stevens did one better and allowed Ditzenberger to score a 51-yard touchdown as time expired.
