NCAA Accuses Michigan Football Coach Rich Rodriguez Of Violations At West Virginia

Michigan football coach Rich Rodriguez is accused of the same allegations of NCAA violations at West Virginia that he was at Michigan.

As at Michigan, this allegation states Rodriguez “failed to promote an atmosphere of compliance within the football program and failed to adequately monitor the duties and activities of the graduate assistant coaches and the noncoaching sport-specific staff members.”
