IACP was established by co-founder and CEO Branden Lippy, who has overseen the athletics program at Lampeter-Strasburg School District in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, for 15 years and is chair of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletics Association (PIAA) District III committee, and co-founder and Chief Operations Officer Ronald Kennedy, who has 30 years of experience as a teacher and administrator and currently serves as executive director of PIAA District III.

“Good intentions can only get you so far,” Lippy said in a news release announcing the launch. “We want to give schools the practical tools they need to build clear expectations and better outcomes for their student-athletes and coaches.”

IACP offers consulting services to help school districts bridge what the company says is a gap between goals and daily operations of athletic programs, providing “boots-on-the-ground” support to help districts improve communication, leadership systems and culture.

Among its services, IACP helps districts with parent and community concern resolution; team, booster club or program alignment; enhanced communication and collaboration; leadership role clarification; athletic program assessment; and booster club partnership enhancement.

“Districts often feel when something is off but they aren’t always sure how to fix it,” Kennedy said. “We step in to help leaders build systems that actually support their coaches and families, making the whole experience better for everyone involved.”
