Connecticut Releases New Concussion Legislation

Legislation in Connecticut has been released that would require high school coaches to be trained to spot the signs of concussion and injured athletes would have to sit out practices and games until cleared by doctors. The legislation needs to be approved by the General Assembly to take effect.
