Connecticut Legislature Education Committee Meets About Concussions

Connecticut lawmakers are weighing a bill that would require all intramural and interscholastic coaches to complete a training course on concussions and other head injuries. The bill also would require athletes to be pulled from competition if there are signs of a concussion and require the student to receive medical clearance before returning to action.
