Billy Tubbs Stepping Down As Lamar’s A.D.

Billy Tubbs, the former head men’s basketball coach at Oklahoma and Tulsa, has stepped down as the athletic director at Lamar, a position he had held since 2002. Tubbs now is taking a position as special assistant and consultant to the school president at Lamar.
