Aluminum-Bats Debate Rages Ahead

In the Bay Area of California, the debate over the use of aluminum bats in high-school baseball games has been reignited after a Marin Catholic High School pitcher has been left in a coma after being struck in the head by a batted ball traveling 100 mph. The pitcher’s parents are on “a crusade” to change the rules.
