Active Ankle Challenge Tournaments 2012 Schedule Announced

Gardner, KS (August 22, 2012)—Active Ankle Systems, Inc. will once again sponsor the Active Ankle Challenge Volleyball Tournaments that are being hosted by collegiate teams across the country this fall.  This is the 4th year for this series of tournaments and the 1st year with University of Louisville being added to the schedule.

“Active Ankle is excited for another great year of Challenge tournament competition, “ VP of Marketing, Ed Christman said.  “We continue to enjoy working with each of these outstanding programs.”

The tournament’s schedule will start August 24 & 25th with University of Louisville hosting Morehead State University, Western Kentucky University and Penn State.  Ball State will also host their challenge the same weekend with Illinois State, Gardner-Webb and VCU in their line up.  Saint Louis University hosts South Alabama, Southern Illinois, and Valparaiso the weekend of August 31st and September 1st. University of Florida will host their tournament the next weekend September 7th and 8th with Georgia Tech, Jacksonville and Louisiana Lafayette being their tournament challengers.

Purdue University will be next in line hosting their tournament September 14th & 15th involving Bowling Green State, Jacksonville State and UAB.  Oregon State will follow with their challenge being September 28th & 30th hosting Colorado and Utah.  UC Irvine will round out the tournament schedule hosting Cal State Northridge and Hawaii October 26th and 27th.
