Annual athletic trainer survey to examine latest trends, issues
The survey explores the most pressing issues facing athletic trainers today, including funding and staffing shortages, student-athlete wellness, equipment and technology advancements and access to resources for trainers and athletes. By gathering feedback directly from professionals in the field, the report provides a comprehensive look at the state of high school and collegiate athletic training programs across the country.
Results from the survey will be published in the June/July 2026 issue of Training & Conditioning, offering data-driven insights that help athletic trainers, strength coaches, athletic directors and administrators better understand how their peers navigate today’s challenges.
