Under McMillen’s leadership, Muskego High School’s co-curricular programming has blossomed into one of the most formidable programs in Wisconsin. In the calendar year of 2018, Muskego racked up six state championships along with numerous conference sportsmanship awards and student-athlete achievement recognition.
Known for his shared decision-making model of operation, McMillen would be the first to say that the successes of MHS are attributed to all the great people involved in its 1Warrior culture.
