The Overlake School (Redmond, Washington) Head Girls Lacrosse Coach Sue Haviland discusses the limited pool of athletes a small school encounters when looking for students to join their teams, and how the coaches work together to allow student-athletes as many opportunities as possible without taking them away from one another.

The Overlake School is a part of the Inaugural class of the “Interscholastic Program of Excellence.” Commissioned by Coach And Athletic Director, this program recognizes high school athletic programs that, through the efforts of their coaches and administrators, set the standard for integrity, sportsmanship and a positive overall experience for student-athletes.
