The Overlake School (Redmond, Washington) maintains a good balance between academics and athletics by having everyone on the same page, says Upper School Head Gerald Buhaly.

The Overlake School is a part of the Inaugural class of the “Interscholastic Program of Excellence.” Commissioned by Coach And Athletic Director, this program recognizes high school athletic programs that, through the efforts of their coaches and administrators, set the standard for integrity, sportsmanship and a positive overall experience for student-athletes.
