Pitt play diagram 1DIAGRAM 1: The play starts from a 1-4 low set, with 2 and 3 in the corners and 4 and 5 on the low block. 4 and 5 flash to the elbows, and 1 makes a pass to either player. 1 cuts to the ball-side corner to screen for 3.

Pitt play diagram 2DIAGRAM 2: 3 takes one step high and then cuts backdoor. 1 pops back to the 3-point line and 5 (assuming he or she received the initial pass) can pass to either 1 or 3. 2 and 4 set a double screen for 3 to run off if they do not receive the backdoor pass.

Pitt play diagram 3DIAGRAM 3: If 1 does not shoot, they come off of the ball screen from 5 and dribble to the high post. 5 rolls to the basket, and 3 comes off the double screen set by 2 and 4. 3 looks to shoot or attack the rim.
