Texas H.S. Arguing With U of Hawaii Over ’H’ logo

Hightower High School (Texas), a state football powerhouse near Houston, is been using the University of Hawai’i’s registered “H” logo for the last couple of years but the school never received authorization. Now, Hightower High will be notified of its infringement and, most likely, will still be able to use the logo but pay the U of Hawai’i a fee.
