Rice Hires Greenspan As A.D.

Rice University hired Rick Greenspan as its new athletic director. Greenspan has served in the same role at Army and Illinois State, as well as Indiana, where he resigned in 2008 after the NCAA infractions stemming from Kelvin Sampson’s time as basketball coach.
