Players And Coaches Benefit From FAU’s Off-Season Camp

It’s late June, which is the time of year for high school football players to stay in shape by running, lifting and competing in 7-on-7 events and at offseason camps.

Although many coaches still encourage weight room and conditioning programs, some have taken the summer football events to a new level.

After watching the University of Central Florida host a “padded’ camp a year ago, when several schools from Florida and Georgia attended, it was something that truly is a no-brainer for those who can afford to go.
