Now 19 McMinnville (Ore.) Football Players Treated For Muscle Injury

A bizarre story in Oregon became more bizarre after a total of 19 football players have been treated for an uncommon muscle injury…or possibly for something worse. A preseason conditioning camp conducted in high heat led to the rash of hospitalized players. The school district is backing first-year football coach, Jeff Kearin, as today marks the official start of practice.
