Kansas Associate A.D. Resigns Amid Ticket Scandal

Ben Kirtland, the University of Kansas associate athletic director who is a top fund-raising official with the school, has resigned. Kirtland was the highest-ranking Kansas official who worked directly with the Williams Educational Fund, which is under investigation.
