Former Softball Coach Steals Money From Parents

Richard Mott, a softball coach hired by the Boulder Valley School District (Colo.) in the summer of 2008, has been accused of defrauding five investors, including parents of players, out of $185,000. Mott cast himself as a billionaire investor who then ran a series of bogus loan schemes. One parent, Randy Davenport, has filed a lawsuit against Mott.
