Everyone’s favorite idiot kicker is now a high school football coach.
Former West Virginia star Mike Vanderjagt – best remembered for his days with the Indianapolis Colts and Peyton Manning referring to him as an “idiot kicker” – has been hired by Marco Island Academy in Florida to help start a high school football team there.Still the most accurate kicker in NFL history, Vanderjagt hasn’t been in the NFL since 2006 and now co-owns a pizza joint called Vandy’s 5 Brothers Restaurant in the area.
