Court Renews Title IX Suit Against UC Davis

A Title IX lawsuit against the University of California Davis was reinstated yesterday by a panel of 9th Circuit Court of Appeals judges. The lawsuit originally was filed in 2003 by three female wrestlers after the school cut the female wrestling team.
