Congress Considering Youth Concussion Protections

Congress is considering two pieces of legislation to help protect young athletes. The House Energy and Commerce Committee has prepared the Concussion Treatment and Care Tools Act, which should be up for a vote possibly next week. The House Education and Labor Committee held its second hearing this week on the Protecting Student Athletes From Concussions Act.
