Coach Wins Wrongful-Termination Lawsuit

Trev Kiser, the former women’s basketball coach at Clark College (Wash.) won a wrongful-termination lawsuit for $545, 000 yesterday. Kiser coached Clark from 1997 through March 2002. Kiser claims he was fired for expressing concern about the school’s non-compliance with Title IX. The school claims he was fired over mishandling of expenses.
