Angry Parent Has Trooper Place Tracking Device On Coach’s Car

Senior Trooper Travis Colombel has been arrested in connection that he illegally attached a tracking device to a high-school baseball coach’s car as a favor to a friend. The device was placed on Shane Trosclair’s car, who is the E.D. White Catholic High School (La.) baseball coach. Colombel said he placed the device on Trosclair’s car as a favor to John Ledet. Trosclair told police Ledet is angry with him because he did not allow Ledet’s son to play on the baseball team.
