Two basketball coaches are among the eight members of the fifth inductee class of the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame. Tex Winter (Kansas State and Marquette) and Dave Whitney (Alcorn State) will be inducted Wednesday, Nov. 21, in Kansas City, Mo..
