Vista Murrieta High School (Murrieta, California) Head Football Coach Coley Candaele emphasizes the team over the individual. While individual talents contribute to the team’s success, character and sportsmanship and a large part of building the rapport and cohesion with their teammates that is necessary for the overall team goals and being quality young adults after they graduate.

Vista Murrieta High School is a part of the Inaugural class of the “Interscholastic Program of Excellence.” Commissioned by Coach And Athletic Director, this program recognizes high school athletic programs that, through the efforts of their coaches and administrators, set the standard for integrity, sportsmanship and a positive overall experience for student-athletes.
