The Overlake School (Redmond, Washington) has an “Inclusion Policy” (a.k.a. “No-Cut Policy), which Head Baseball Coach Mike Davidson feels gets more students involved in athletics, both in increased participation and willingness to try new sports.

The Overlake School is a part of the Inaugural class of the “Interscholastic Program of Excellence.” Commissioned by Coach And Athletic Director, this program recognizes high school athletic programs that, through the efforts of their coaches and administrators, set the standard for integrity, sportsmanship and a positive overall experience for student-athletes.
