The Overlake School (Redmond, Washington) Head Boys Soccer Coach Bob Bristol says that their no-cut policy is about including every student-athlete that wants to be involved, and placing them in a team that matches their skill level as well.

The Overlake School is a part of the Inaugural class of the “Interscholastic Program of Excellence.” Commissioned by Coach And Athletic Director, this program recognizes high school athletic programs that, through the efforts of their coaches and administrators, set the standard for integrity, sportsmanship and a positive overall experience for student-athletes.
