U of Northern Iowa Wrestling Coach Files Lawsuit Against A.D.

Brad Penrith, the former head coach of the University of Northern Iowa wrestling team, has filed a lawsuit against the school’s athletic director, Troy Dannen. Penrith claims he was fired so the school wouldn’t have to pay him a severance as he was due a $100,000 payout if he were fired prior to March 31, 2010. Penrith was terminated April 7.
