NCAA Upholds Violations Against Edgar

The NCAA has upheld its previous findings that Scott Edgar, the former men’s basketball coach at Southeastern Missouri State, violated rules on benefits and practice times. He was cited in August 2009 for violations including impermissible benefits to players and coaches attending summer strength and conditioning activities. Edgar currently is the coach at Eastern Oklahoma State College.
