John Thompson Shows Support For Binghamton’s Broadus

Kevin Broadus, the head men’s basketball coach at Binghamton (N.Y.) has been receiving a lot of negative press lately due to the dismissal of six players and the reflection on the school. But, Broadus does have one supporter — former Georgetown men’s coach John Thompson. Thompson says extending opportunities to young African-Americans should not be seen as a mistake.
