Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who is the NBA’s all-time leader in points scored and minutes played, as well as the owner of six NBA championship rings between his time with the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers, has been diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia. It is a rare form of leukemia.
