A-10 Conference Teams with NIL Support Software

The Atlantic-10 has inked a multi-year partnership with industry-leading content and compliance software company INFLCR. The agreement will provide all A-10 institutions with the resources and technology necessary to support their student-athletes’ opportunities related to name, image, and likeness (NIL).

The three-tier platform will provide educational resources, brand-building techniques, and a disclosure technology platform required in many states.

“Supporting the needs of the membership is the role of a conference office. During this initial time, with the uncertainty of information and outcomes related to the ability of a student-athlete to use and monetize their NIL, this partnership will assist A-10 administrators supporting student-athletes as they navigate new opportunities,” stated Atlantic 10 Commissioner Bernadette V. McGlade. “INFLCR has an impressive suite of services that will eliminate uncertainties on campus and potentially jump-start student-athlete and A-10 brand building.”

Through the INFLCR Verified platform, A-10 student-athletes will be provided with technology that will enhance their experience through personal storytelling. INFLCR Verified will also equip A-10 student-athletes with a wide range of educational and financial resources to help optimize and monetize their personal brand through their name, image, and likeness.

The INFLCR Verified platform also provides A-10 athletic departments with robust compliance tools to assist in the management and monitoring of student-athlete NIL activities, allowing for a fully compliant path to external commercial opportunities for student-athletes. INFLCR had previously worked with select member institutions of the Atlantic 10. The new agreement will provide all 14 member schools & student-athletes with NIL education, tools, and technology.

“With a great deal of NIL regulatory responsibility falling onto the institution in this initial phase of the NIL era, it is wise for a conference to have a strategy like the Atlantic 10 has chosen to take in its partnership with INFLCR,” said Jim Cavale INFLCR Founder and CEO.

“Together, we will empower student-athletes, staff, and other representatives of A-10 institutions with the technology to establish, communicate and track all NIL regulations while also empowering student-athletes with brand-building technology, education around NIL, and of course, all the tools they need to build a successful NIL business. With this partnership, we are building the NIL system of record for the A-10, and we could not be more excited about this.”

The agreement with INFLCR complements the NIL partnership the A-10 formed with Team Altemus and Anomoly Sports Group in July to provide “protective education” and other resources for all member institutions &  student-athletes through a series of conference-wide virtual and in-person workshops. The partnership also provides individual institutional sessions for each member school.

The A-10 has now built key NIL partnerships with an all-encompassing platform to allow student-athletes to thrive in navigating the new NIL environment and give its member institutions the confidence and tools to support and educate student-athletes appropriately.
