What to expect from a Feltrim Sports stay

The main field and four practice fields allow small groups to practice together between games on the main field.

With stand-alone houses adjacent to the athletic fields, it’s easy to hold multiple practices a day while maximizing relaxation time. The facilities offer accommodations for sports such as American football, soccer, basketball and Lacrosse, and the four-star hotel experience of the on-site houses is just a 200-yard walk away from the athletic fields. Twenty-four homes are adjacent to the fields and another 130 are on property, within a couple thousand yards of the main field.

Athletes and coaches stay in houses with full kitchens, en suite bathrooms for each bedroom and a pool at each home. The houses can be configured in several ways, allowing programs to maximize the number of people staying in each house while also providing a space for a chaperone in each, if needed.

In the evening, a pool party can include platters of food delivered from the Feltrim Sports kitchen. When compared to a typical hotel, the cost is only about $25 per person per night for housing at Feltrim Sports, making it a very economical place to stay as a team. “If you want to travel and bring a group, we are the most economical way to do it,” Kenny said.

Daily menus are made with athletes’ needs in mind, and the reasonably priced buffet meals include protein, carbs and vegetables, allowing each athlete to get the fuel they need to perform at their peak.
