We are highlighting coaches, athletic directors, assistants, administrators, athletic trainers and strength coaches across the nation who go above and beyond their daily duties to deliver top-flight experiences for student-athletes — and rarely expect recognition of his/her efforts in the process.

Criteria

• Has earned the respect of the staff that they work with as well as the student-athletes
• Goes above and beyond their job description to support student-athletes and the mission of their athletic department and school
• Mentors others in matters that translate to off of the field or court
• Prioritizes community service
• Represents the community, athletic department, and school in a positive way
