Accomplishments
In 13 years of head coaching, Baumann has made it to the Iowa State Volleyball Tournament 10 times with three teams, winning a state championship six times with two different schools. He has been honored as Iowa Coach of the Year by the Iowa Girls Coaches Association six times. However, it is the life skills learned and relationships built through athletics that Baumann prizes most.
