Dilworth has been at John Ehret High School since August 2007. She spent the first six years of her career as a social
studies teacher and head softball coach at John Ehret. Dilworth currently teaches law studies and leadership, and coaches softball while balancing the athletic director role. Dilworth is in charge of more than 400 student-athletes and has run an athletic department that has produced over 50 Division I NCAA student-athletes.
