Lalli is an HPE teacher with his RAA, RMSAA, and is eligible to take the CAA exam. He serves as the MPAA director of football. He has coached high school football for 10 years, middle school football for three years, and middle school girls basketball for a year. He was named MPAA Coach of the Year in football in 2017 and girls basketball in 2019.
